Those LOCAL elected officials can do as they wish. Those LOCAL officials should be pointed out. Those LOCAL leaders were all voted in, in some cases by 25 votes. But nobody is supposed to point out that if LOCAL people voted in honest LOCAL leaders this would not be near the situation that is hammering us all.
