Guys, I just don’t think we’re taking into account how to disaggregate ops. Structure needs to be decentralized. No hierarchy, but also clear marching orders. We’ve got to put some sorts of ops together that everyone can partake in that will be dubs, trips, quads, whatever based for the random generation. We need ops where people can just come here and know what to look for and when to look for it for marching orders. Meme farmers do what they do, but mostly everyone should be ops based. Of course there should be a few “scout” accounts to watch for battle damage assessment post-op.
