You're making too many assumptions. There are literally hundreds of people who could have leaked that intel.
You may be right. We really have no way of knowing friend or foe. Just want to point out some contradictions.
Assad - supposed brutal dictator that murders his own people. Yet, Assad is only 1 of 2 countries in the whole of the ME that protects Christians.
Putin - Only cares for himself and his country. Will do whatever it takes to become world leader. A strong Christian that does not allow the cabal to operate in his country.
I'm not saying either are good or bad. They are both. Potus long term plan is to allow every country to run itself without militia interfering. Once that is done, we really have no need to stay bound to either country.
Years ago, (you know, back when I trusted MSM) I believed it when they said it was him. Now, I am fairly convinced he hasn't and never did.
But could you imagine the headlines if Potus took Assad's side? He can't do it publicly. Political suicide.
OK, I'll give you that. But I think Potus wants someone with BALLS to stand up to these countries. Bolton fits the bill, right now. I see a short future with Bolton.
I totally agree we were arming rebels. But I contend we were arming the wrong ones. They want a total Islamic State to run Syria.
Knowing that and knowing how deceptive MSM is, can we really believe the stories about how bad Assad is? Please understand, I am not saying he is a Saint. But he is a whole lot better than having ISIS running Syria.
I just heard an interview on Fox the other day about Bolton. The guy said those stories he's heard about him are not the guy he knows. However, I heard Bolton on Fox complaining about NoKo right after Potus tweeted he had met with Kim. So, yeah he's not my first choice, but I trust Potus knows what he is doing.

I do as well. But I also know enough now to not trust news reports, present and past. All I'm saying is that maybe he is not as bad as we were led to believe by the media. Granted, he pushed for Iraq. I think he is a bit of a war monger. But, I trust Potus to use Bolton effectively without getting us into a war. Last thing we need is some wimpy ass dude trying to push Potus agenda across the globe.
