no anon, its a tactic POTUS has used for years. ever notice how when he talks about Xi, or the queen or other of their ilk. he always talks about how good of a relationship they have, even though they dont, and he knows everything. he's trolling when he does that. it keeps the enemy confused and maintains a facade for the ignorant masses who dont really pay attention to whats happening.
