TerraMar=U.N. Agenda 21
The now-defunct non-profit TerraMar began as a digital project that through passports issued on its website sought to engage the public by claiming ocean citizenry. As “owners of the ocean”, Maxwell explained, individuals can organize for the protection of the earth’s ocean commons. According to Maxwell, TerraMar’s platform was built with the assistance of Google and was mass marketed to the world via such social media giants as Twitter and Instagram.
In 2014, Maxwell went on an extensive speaking campaign to promote the project while at the same time working with the United Nations (UN) to include oceans in its sustainability mission, set to be updated in September 2015.
Sustainability is not the only mission of TerraMar. Maxwell frequently referred to TerraMar as a “country” or World Heritage (enclave) providing management (rule) over the oceans. As an enclave city like the Vatican, TerraMar would theoretically enforce its own unique laws and would enjoy a seat in the UN. UN members have referred to TerraMar as the “ocean alliance” and certain parties its “owners.” Should this project succeed, the ocean state would command almost half the planet.
TrueNews opines that the goal of TerraMar is most likely to create a haven for the elite technocracy to be shielded by the laws of other countries, where, for instance, they can establish their own age of consent. TrueNews also expressed concern that in light of revelations from the New York Times that Epstein was operating a breeding farm out of his Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, the elite may also view TerraMar as the homeland of a new super-human race.
Although TerraMar's website is now shut down, no doubt the "ocean alliance" is alive and well with the UN with numerous UN ambassadors continuing the effort.
