I am a physically fit person, thanks to being a life-long participant in a particular sport that is notable for it's many levels of difficulty/intensity. I participate at a high intensity level, approaching professional. A regular workout for me is often over an hour, and can exceed three hours. That's 1 hour plus of heart pounding and muscle burning. Some of the workouts include a degree of danger because of the speed, reaction time and technical challenges. For music inspiration, I carry a portable media player that includes thousands of songs. Almost all the songs are hard charging, adrenaline fueling. Not one of them builds slowly. I don't need warm-up music approaching a LZ. I begin in the LZ. Step it up! (said with a wink)
