In case no one answered your question about whether the Maxwell yacht is the same one in Q#3133, the answer is "I do not think so."

Q#3133 didn't actually have a good shot of the yacht at all, so I followed the link to the TruePundit article. Still wasn't a good shot of anything except the after end of the yacht in question, but the scale of it looked off, and the lines didn't look the same, either. Wasn't a great shot, so it's hard to say for sure.

As for Maxwell's yacht, the Lady Ghislaine still exists, but it's been re-named a couple of times. First it was the Lady Mona K and now it's DANCING HARE. Still a creepy af name. idk the owner, didn't worry about digging the name. irl shit going on and I'm just popping in for a couple breads.

Depends on the yacht. Those the size of the Lady Ghislaine almost certainly do, lifted out by hoist. Those are called launches, small boats, etc. They're basically the size of 23 to 30 foot runabouts and convertibles.

The one that is in the background in the Clinton/Nader photo? No. They don't have enough room for a launch. They will likely have a dingy or zodiac, typically 10 feet or less.
