Chandler has a photographer friend that owns the sailboat PUFFY. If SDNY was about to be grabbing Maxwell then I imagine somebody tipped her off, she called her friend and is now hiding somewhere upon the briny deep in International Waters.
Might be a shell game. Wexner's LIMITLESS pulled into Newport on 6/12, PUFFY left 6/25 from there. Maybe she's hiding on Wexner's yacht, maybe she is thinking Gibraltar is awesome in the Summer.
