Anon, this is a Research board, where regular people learn what power they have when they uncover facts without relying on media gatekeepers. The more people doing this the stronger we are.
You have so much info at your fingertips. Get in the habit of doing your own fast / basic research on questions like the one you posed. Wikipedia is fine as a go to starting point, confirm with other sources if needed. Look up Mueller on Wikipedia, follow the link to the special counsel page and see if you can discover your answer. It becomes very gratifying when you start answering your own questions. You get a sense of your power and how citizens are more than capable of figuring things out with a talking head explaining it to us.
