The proposal passed the House narrowly, pushed through by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but received a cold shoulder in the Republican-majority Senate.
>“The HEROES Act is dead on arrival. There was no bipartisan negotiation here and no effort at bipartisan negotiation, which I also think is problematic," Porter said. "It’s not to say that we could’ve gotten there. It’s not to say that the Republicans would’ve agreed with our priorities. But I do not think it is a good look in a time of national crisis to act in a strictly partisan way. I don’t like it when Donald Trump does it, and I don’t like it when Nancy Pelosi does it."

If the [D]s HEROES Act is a Left's wet dream, what is it that changed POTUS's mind to accept it?

The BLM>ACTBLUE money pipeline to [D]s was definitely an eye opener, but how does the other stimulus money, which is suppose to go to citizens and small businesses aren't and there's $1.5 trillion on the way… How much of this will end up in the [D]s pockets?
