Likely that someone who attended any of the service academies would have learned the somewhat-complex story of his military service during the colonial era in North America.
I am not sufficiently educated about Montcalm, and would like to learn more if someone here is familiar.
Charles Ortel is absolutely peerless. He has known for YEARS.
He has stated that he's been interviewed by the FBI, and afterward remarked that they seemed surprised by how much information he could reel off the top of his head without notes or electronics.
He's a walking fraud-investigation encyclopedia.
NONE of the nonprofits have been legally organized in any state. Not a single one.
Multiple states now have grounds for their own massive fraud cases against them, even beyond the federal case potential.
All of the nonprofit officers, directors, and donors are also on the hook.
Fraud of almost every description for days, months, years.
