Navyfag here. That is not a Naval uniform. Officer Whites don't have a star on the sleeve. His medals are not in a line, and the middle one is completely fake, never saw it in my entire career. The ribbons above the medals are on the wrong breast pocket for that uniform (medals - left, ribbons = right). And the Trident is crooked. Any true SEAL would take the time to straighten that and wear it with pride.
This is probably a masquerade/costume party. Still, fuck this guy for his attempt at stolen valor.
