No way in hell did they wait this long to arrest Jizz-Lane because they "suspect" she's complicit. They have her dead to right…open and shut, incontrovertible evidence. And given the life she has become accustomed to living, she will sing like a canary once she knows she's going down hard. And I suspect that realization is happening right about now.
