Andrew compounded his error by marrying a party girl whose spending habits were outrageous. They were constantly in debt; Jeff Epstein actually lent money to Sarah, and last I saw, Andrew & Sarah's chalet in Switzerland was up for sale for several million.
Similarly, Prince William is at least sufficiently intelligent to fly a helicopter, but in England, I think it's taken for granted that Harry is dumber than a box of hair. That wife debacle is just confirmation.
