Hey anons started to do a dig on Granite Realty LLC which is listed on the property records for 338 East Washington Road, NH. Found the owner is Thomas Desroche. For a real estate agent he appears to have ZERO online presence other than a few measly listings for some cheap rentals and properties in the $300k - $450k range. Didn't try calling the listing phone number. So a few small value listings, zero online presence, yet his business is located at what appears to be a $1.6 million location according to Zillow. Next up I will look into the real estate property records of his address.
