Recommended 4th of July viewing if you're stuck indoors this weekend for whatever reason.
I can hardly bring myself to watch any films or tv these days, but this is one film that has aged much better than most,and I think it's underrated.
And, of course, Mel Gibson has a reputation of giving the middle finger to the Hollywood masters.
