Diana algorithm?

Use Diana algorithm and AI to cluster the financial data for our government and 'root' out the malfeasance and the transactions that don't reconcile.

Every business is in the form of a 'tree' and mathematically 'ties out' using the Golden Ratio and Pythagorean Theorem. I'm still trying to figure out how to proof this.
