after reading this CNN hit piece on Qanon 'believers', I think they are issuing warnings and alerts to Cemex, Oprah, Hanx and States of AZ and FL. Issuing warnings to those or people connected to them to prepare for the worst.
They were also telling the D party who to target, the 3 Rs who support Q.
