Maxwell the founder of TerraMar foundation. Ghislaine has spoken at the UN. The TerraMar has many videos on YouTube.

I watched the video of GM speaking at the UN. She is introduced as TerraMar founder and the one who " controls the Oceans around the world". She gives "options to buy up parts of the Ocean through her foundation". Also there is talk about Oceans Alliance and some dude Steven Heft.

In this video, GM stated she has a Submersible License..
