Guise, technically, Hussein COULD run as VP and when Joe resigned, he would then be able to serve as P for 4 yrs.
The law says he can't be ELECTED for more than 2 terms of P. This way he wouldn't be elected for this 3rd term and could serve out the 4 yrs. Not run again, but I'm pretty sure he could do the VP end run.
And, just one more reason to vote for DJT in Nov, if Biden got in, I could see him appointing Hussein to the SCOTUS (never mind that Hussein's law license is listed as "retired"). I'm sure that wouldn't matter.
