Sen. Chuck Grassley Slaps Down Corrupt Pentagon “Think Tank” that Paid Spy Halper to Sink President Trump

Earlier reporting revealed that Stefan Halper was the spy working for the FBI in the Trump campaign. This indicted cocaine addict was who the FBI relied on in its attempted coup of the President of the United States.

We know that Stefan Halper had an addiction to crack cocaine and records surrounding his arrest in Virginia in the 1990’s have been destroyed:

This didn’t stop the FBI from using Halper as a spy. Halper is widely suspected of being Source 2 in the IG’s report on FISA abuse. The Federalist reported that the FBI used data from Halper claiming it was reliable until the final Carter Page FISA renewal [highlights added]:

The IG Report actually says this about Halper’s firing in 2011:

Source 2 was closed by the FBI in 2011 for “aggressiveness toward handling agents as a result of what [Source 2] perceived as not enough compensation” and “questionable allegiance to the [intelligence] targets” with which Source 2 maintained contact. However, Source 2 was re-opened 2 months later by Case Agent 1, and was handled by Case Agent 1 from 2011 through 2016 as part of Case Agent l’s regular investigative activities at an FBI field office. The FBI conducted human source validation reviews on Source 2 in 2011, 2013, and 2017.

The gangland figures murdered in hits ordered on EncroChat: How killings of Salford's 'Mr Big' Paul Massey and mob 'fixer' John Kinsella were called in using encrypted phone network

Secret phone system EncroChat was used in some of the UK's most notorious murders and crimes, it was revealed today.

The shadowy underground network used by thousands of criminals for worry free communication to arrange murders, drug deals and other illegal activity, was smashed, leading to the arrest of 746 underworld kingpins in Britain alone.

As part of an international three-month investigation spanning Europe and beyond, police raided addresses throughout Britain and seized £54m of dirty cash, two tonnes of drugs and 77 firearms.

Police made the breakthrough after intelligence officers in France and the Netherlands infiltrated the secret communications network, run by a mysterious Dutch firm where criminals buy encrypted handsets for £1,500 to communicate privately.

Now MailOnline can reveal criminals have used the technology to plot high profile murders in the country - and was central to the planning of two gangland hits in Manchester.

Gangland boss Mark Fellows used the secret network when he assassinated rivals, Salford's 'Mr Big' Paul Massey and another underworld rival, John Kinsella.

Fellows, nicknamed 'Iceman' for his ruthlessness, executed Massey with an Uzi machine gun, hitting him five times on the doorstep of his Salford home in July 2015.

Three years later he executed mob enforcer and fixer Kinsella was in a hail of bullets.

During his trial it emerged that Fellows had been tipped off by an accomplice via the encrypted phone service when Kinsella was coming into range.

When he was questioned about the unusual handset, he flippantly declared 'No one even owns a normal phone these days'.

As he was jailed for both killings Mr Justice Davis told him: 'I have never had to deal with a contract killer of your kind before.

'There are few judges who have. Just punishment in your case requires you to be kept in prison for the rest of your life.'

Ex-Top FBI Official Admits Hillary Wasn't Indicted Because They Thought She'd Win 2016 Election

Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was not indicted when she mishandled classified information because the FBI believe she was going to win the 2016 presidential election.

That's a bombshell admission from former FBI General Counsel James Baker, who revealed that the FBI had enough evidence to charge and convict Clinton but decided not to charge her.

Baker said had Clinton won the presidency in 2016, the FBI would have been then forced to carry out a conviction before she was even sworn into office.

What a disaster that would have been, Baker described to the Washington Examiner.

“She wins the election, we go to DOJ, and we recommend that they indict her before she becomes president,” Baker said, describing how events would have unfolded should they have decided to proceed with charging her. “That’s not a good place for the country. That’s not a good place for the FBI.”

From the report:

FBI General Counsel James Baker had been told that FBI agents discovered between 600,000 and 1 million emails on disgraced former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s laptop relating to Clinton. The 2016 Democratic presidential nominee’s top aide, Huma Abedin, was married to Weiner, who was being investigated for sending illicit texts to an underage girl.

Baker, who left the FBI in May 2018, told author David Rohde that he felt like the “fates had thrown him a hundred-mile-an-hour fastball.”

Baker “believed it was likely that the FBI could find new evidence of wrongdoing by Clinton,” Rohde wrote in his recently released book, In Deep: The FBI, the CIA, and the Truth about America’s “Deep State.”

Baker admitted the FBI had to notify Congress when they reopened the investigation into Clinton.

“I thought, ‘What is best for the law enforcement and judicial system?’” Baker said. “I said, ‘I thought the director had an obligation to notify Congress.’ Director Comey agreed with my advice.”

Here’s more from the Washington Examiner:

The FBI conducted a criminal investigation during the 2016 election into Clinton’s use of the server. In July 2016, Comey, who was later fired by President Trump, publicly recommended that no charges be brought against Clinton, but he chastised her and her team for being “extremely careless” in handling classified information.

The FBI reopened the case 11 days before the election only to close it again days before voters went to the polls. Clinton has argued Comey’s handling of the investigation was one of the reasons she lost to Trump.

So, the FBI admitted that Clinton was "extremely careless" with classified information that she sent and received on a private email server – which was probably hacked and intercepted by America's enemies.

And, according to Baker, she was not charged with any crimes because the FBI thought she was going to become the next president.

Does that sound like upholding the rule of law?

FBI Nabs Decadent Nigerian Scammer 'Hushpuppi' for 100s of Millions in Cybercrime

“Hushpuppi,” a Nigerian scammer suspected of trying to launder hundreds of millions of dollars, was taken into FBI custody in Chicago on Thursday evening.

Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, a.k.a. “Ray Hushpuppi” and “Hush,” a Nigerian national, had just been expelled from the United Arab Emirates for various suspected crimes after his arrest last week.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says that Abbas will face criminal charges “alleging he conspired to launder hundreds of millions of dollars from business email compromise (BEC) frauds and other scams, including schemes targeting a U.S. law firm, a foreign bank and an English Premier League soccer club.”

United States Attorney Nick Hanna said, “This case targets a key player in a large, transnational conspiracy who was living an opulent lifestyle in another country while allegedly providing safe havens for stolen money around the world.”

To be honest, Abbas was pretty much begging to be arrested and extradited to the U.S., after flaunting “his extravagant lifestyle on social media,” according to the statement released by the USAO’s Central District of California.

Billing himself as a real estate developer, Hushpuppi has 2.4 million Instagram followers, who apparently enjoy his boasts about “his lavish lifestyle of private jets, designer clothes and luxury cars,” according to the New York Post.

The Times reports that the “FBI and Interpol seized more than £30 million ($37 million) in cash when they swooped” in on Hushpuppi’s luxury Dubai apartment.

“Investigators say the Instagram star, known to his fans as Hushpuppi, had projected a billionaire, jet-setting lifestyle to help to ‘lure victims from all over the world’,” The Times added.

Twelve others were arrested in a complex set of raids for their alleged parts in Hushpuppi’s scams. Trying to add up all the money in all the charges might just be beyond my math abilities, but it looks like around half a billion dollars.

That’ll buy a lot of purple Rolls Royces, although I won’t comment on the wisdom of buying a Rolls in purple.

Hushpuppi is expected to be transferred to Los Angeles in the coming weeks to face money laundering charges, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Meanwhile, this just landed in my inbox:

Deep State House Panel Votes to Prevent Trump’s Germany Withdrawal

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Armed Services Committee approved a bipartisan amendment seeking to constrain President Donald Trump’s ability to withdraw US troops from Germany. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) amendment, offered by Reps. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) and Don Bacon (R-Neb.), would block funding to reduce the number of troops in Germany and Europe at large until several certifications are made, The Hill reported. It was approved in a bipartisan, 49-7 vote.

RevContent InArticle SOLO

“At this time, we can’t afford to reduce our presence in Europe,” Gallego said, adding, “Russia is a major threat to our country and to the free world.”

President Trump last month announced that he planned to reduce the US troop presence in Germany from 34,500 to 25,000. Trump has cast the move as a response to Germany not meeting NATO’s goal of spending at least 2 percent of its gross domestic product on defense.

Trump on Monday approved the plan to fulfill that order after being briefed by Defense Secretary Mark Esper and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley on options, the Pentagon announced on Tuesday.

“The proposal that was approved not only meets the president’s directive, it will also enhance Russian deterrence, strengthen NATO, reassure allies, improve US strategic flexibility and US European Command’s operational flexibility, and take care of our service members and their families,” Chief Pentagon Spokesman Jonathan Hoffman announced in a statement.

The statement did not say when the troops are leaving or where they are going, but Trump has indicated some will go to Poland and some will return to the US National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien has also argued in a Wall Street Journal op-ed that forces are needed in the Indo-Pacific region.

Trump’s decision to pull troops out of Germany sparked a bipartisan backlash from the Deep State lawmakers who say the troops are necessary to act as a buttress against the fictitious Russian aggression, foster US relationships with its vassals, and coordinate US military invasions globally. Germany is home to the headquarters for US European and Africa commands.
