I just realized something from Q's old posts that's important. The original plus signs and triangle with the Saudi's at the top, Rothschilds next, and Soros last is only the financial pyramid of the cabal. There is a religious pyramid as well, with the pope, the black pope, and the grey pope. Finally there is a governmental pyramid comprised of the knights of malta, skull and bones, and order of the golden fleece.

The cities of Washington D.C., London, and Rome represent the centers of the governmental, financial, and religious control of these three pyramids.
