because the people of South Dakota are thankful that their tradition, which was pigheadedly removed by the stupidity and horrible bullying of the old regime.
and so now South Dakota has their tradition back.
Americans like fireworks.
and we love Mt. Rushmore.
Fireworks were taken away from Mr. Rushmore, and we are happy it is now returned.
