Little faces in oversized dresses on top front, no arms come out of the large dress sleeves drawn on dress
On bottom front very sad distorted faces, right eye looks like blackened or poked out, and dress looks ripped, very jagged, doesn't even have dress form.
On back top one side has small person in oversized dress. The other side is sad face distorted in torn dress. But notice the full size adult arm that crosses over to skirt drawn on dress almost as if going into the skirt.
The dress is very disturbing but clearly speaks of deeply troubled "people" and could be abused girls.
It is called Dancing Girls….. so it is girls.
