The guy pushing Boris on the swing is Richard Desmond, owner of The Health Lottery and the place is Glamis Adventure Playground.

Creepy indeed. Boris is being pushed like a baby on a swing while a hand-tied little girl with bluening lips sits in the background tucked into the darkness of a tunnel. She does not look happy. WTF are they doing?!
