I'm not so sure I would have stopped and risked being murdered by a mob. Think I'd drive on and turn myself in at a police station well away from the scene.
Consider that these people are gnashing their teeth at our Independence. Let's do all we can to crush their spirits, break their hearts and exact justice on their bodies and souls.
