Q. Please tell POTUS not to use taxpayer funds to provide relief to any state or city which allowed looters and rioters to destroy their city. If any of these cities need to rebuild, they can raise taxes on their own citizens, not the rest of us. These governors and mayors need to be held accountable to their own constituents.
