Got a feeling we're mistaken to think the Clintons are somehow in command or control of Maxwell/Epstein et al. The blackmail scheme was used to control them as well, and recall we've heard from FBIanon as well as other sources that Obama hated the Clintons. Watergate files and other shenanigans allowed the Clintons to worm they way up the chain but the word was they were always very reckless and this was the source of antagonism between them and the other cabal members.
I think if Maxwell were to get it, then it's someone higher up the chain that would making the call.
