By the way, since you were baking during class, maybe you haven't seen the conversation with "boatfag baker" , anon who wants to help out brit thread by learning to bake. But when there was no baker last night, he stepped up to bake his very first practice bake LIVE, brave man. Bread was uh slightly incomplete but next bread was ok, just took a few repairs. We always tell new bakers that there's no mistake that can't be fixed - and it's really true.
(Please note that to celebrate the 4th where i live is akin to a counterprotest, so i figure it's my patriotic duty. Will send you a virtual surf-n-turf platter.)
