Greece has extradition treaties with 14 Non-EU countries of which the US is one of them.
Furthermore, under Greek Law they do not REQUIRE a treaty to extradite someone from their country. In these cases, they work on method of reciprocity.
Truthfully, unless you are a country that is an enemy of Greece, it is rather easy to extradite criminals from there.
