What about that time when he had that meltdown on stage & begging not to be killed? I bet he left their group when he saw how evil they were. He is a following of God not the beast they serve.
I think Kim is one of the girls who used to go yachting. My thoughts are that she could have been pimped out & he married her & gave her a better life. They have made each other better people.
