Instead of taking steps to make themselves more attractive, ie lose some weight, work out, eat healthier, they self mutilate and wallow in their unattractiveness. In their minds it is everyone else's fault, have known people like this–if only society would accept fat people, well, even if society accepts you, you're still fat and unattractive.
