It’s someone that you trust or they wouldn’t have access to your kid. Protect your kid and talk about uncomfortable situations, (had a guy I worked with always “accidentally” touch me until I called home out. He tried to make me feel ridiculous for thinking it, but miraculously, it never happened again.)
