China stopped updating the amount of water being pushed through it several days ago.
Not sure if they began updating again, but the situation looks bleak.

I forget the details, but basically, he borrowed them dry and needed more. The bank wasn't going to lend the money. Trump explained that if he could not pay the bank back, it would go bankrupt.
