He didn't purposefully attack people last time. They were warned to leave the area beforehand. Very noble of him.
Both Putin and POTUS are anti-ISIS. If anyone is targeting Russians in Syria, that order is not likely coming from POTUS, IMO. But given how much f*ckery has gone on over there, I do think it is best to just pull out of that war and let the Russians finish it off. We have that no-name to thank for my opinions on this.
Ultimately, there's really nowhere to run anyway.

Bad actors have co-opted positive imagery, to be sure. Just because someone has an owl doesn't make him a bad actor. The swastika had good beginnings, too.
If the data went to other entities, there's no way to guarantee that it can be recovered and destroyed. But in any case, FB is a public platform. Anything posted there by definition went to other entities.
