question for all my digging friends,

a long time ago (year or two ago) I remember reading something I found here that was like an internal review of General Flynn at the DIA. Like a recommendation of some sort. It was a glowing review and I remember his peers had said he was one of the 'greatest counter-intelligence minds we've had the pleasure of working with' or something to that effect.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? Anyone know what I'm talking about?
