Spoke to a friend tonight who knows a nurse in Houston. The nurse friend called her and said the hospital is jammed with Covid patients. She said in all her years there, she has never seen all these Mexican people come in with Covid. She said NONE of them speak English, they are practically all obese with Type 2 diabetes and other co-morbidities. She said none of them have insurance and it was so bad she had to hire two more interpreters for all these new patients. My friend wondered if these people are being brought from over the border to add the numbers to TX’s covid count. Sounds pretty bogus to me. I remember someone in CA was saying they were flying helicopter and helicopter with Mexicans across the border and dumping in Imperial, CA hospital and then having to push them to farther north hospitals.
