Anons, been doing a little research on the house Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested in. There are lots of previous threads on it, but the addresses don't take you to the right spot. Here's some coords:

Lat: 43.217016°

Lon: -71.998227°

According to AcreValue.com, the land is owned by "Yospin, Richard & Trust" as of 2.7.2020…but that data seems a bit off. Apparently it was sold in December last year. This article from the Daily Mail has better info (and lots of images):

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8484629/Ghislaine-Maxwell-arrested-1million-New-Hampshire-estate-bought-secret.html

The four-bed, four-bath set on nearly 4,500 sq. ft. house, on 156 acres of land, is on East Washington Road was sold for $1.07 million in December last year to a company called Granite Reality LLC…Public records reveal that Granite Reality LLC was set up on November 18 last year and registered to a waterfront office block in Boston…The entity's sole piece of business to date was the purchase of the luxurious Bradford property on December 13…The only individual listed in public documents as having any involvement in Granite Reality is Jeffrey Roberts, an attorney whose firm, Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, is based in the same Boston building.

The Daily Beast strangely had good info as well:

https://www.thedailybeast.com/what-we-know-about-ghislaine-maxwells-swanky-new-hampshire-hideout

Public records show that a “Granite Realty LLC” purchased the property from Massachusetts-based attorney Richard Yospin on Dec. 13 of last year. Yospin was not forthcoming with information about this transaction when contacted by The Daily Beast—but claimed he had no knowledge of Maxwell’s involvement in the deal. Instead, he asserted his only communications during the deal were with a Boston-based attorney whose name he could not recall.

Paperwork on the property filed with the Town of Bradford shows Granite Realty LLC, which does not appear to be incorporated in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts, is lodged at 155 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA. That is the address of several companies, including the law firm Nutter, McLennen & Fish—the same law firm that registered Maxwell’s defunct company Ellmax LLC in Florida. New Hampshire Department of State Records show that an attorney with Nutter formed a similarly-named entity, Granite Reality, based out of that same address just weeks before the property’s purchase.

Nutter did not return a call for comment, nor did the attorney Adam Ghander, who appears to have handled Maxwell’s affairs while at that law office and who has since moved on to the firm DLA Piper.

Jeffrey Roberts' bio is attached. Also, there's more info on him from the Sun:

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/12032893/ghislaine-maxwells-luxury-hideout-company-linked-alleged-lover-scott-borgerson/

Roberts also is the registered agent for a second company, Hopley Yeaton, whose manager is named as “Scott Borgerson."

''Both companies also share the same address in Boston - Roberts’ law firm.

Roberts has not responded to requests for comment. The Sun also reached out to

Borgerson and his ex wife.''

It is not yet clear if it is the same Scott Borgerson that has been linked to Maxwell - but there is only one man by that name listed in Massachusetts, according to public records.

Millionaire Borgerson, who has a bachelors degree from the US Coast Guard Academy and is a former Coast Guard commanding officer, may also have named his LLC Hopley Yeaton after a famous American seafarer, who was the first officer og the Revenue Marine, one of the forerunners of the modern day US Coast Guard.

There's an interesting character with an apparent British accent that shows up in almost all of the stories on this:

The broker who sold the property told The Daily Beast she had never met Maxwell, a British heiress long linked to Epstein. But a British man who she assumed was the husband attended the house inspection, the broker said, and told her that he had just sold his tech company and was looking for a place in the U.S. The buyers initially asked not to put their name on the purchasing paperwork, but when the seller balked, they formed a limited liability company to put on the documents instead.

They said they didn’t want her name known, so I thought it must be a movie star,” the broker said. “She wanted to know what the flight patterns were over the house, which was very strange.

Here's more on him:

https://primepatriot.com/2020/07/03/what-we-know-about-ghislaine-maxwells-swanky-new-hampshire-hideout/

After a five-minute walk up the steep hill, a gray-haired man with a posh British accent informed a reporter that his was private property and he had just called the police.

He would not answer questions about the ownership of the property, any relationship he might have with Maxwell, Epstein, or the arrest Thursday morning. But when asked which part of England he was from, he replied, “I’m not.”

I’m from America,” he added in the reserved tone of an aristocrat, flashing a quick smile and picking up his phone, apparently to dial the number of the police once more.

Sure enough, the phone’s screensaver boasted an American flag, blowing in the wind.

I'm guessing it's the "mystery man" mentioned here--probably a spook:

This thread sounds like the start of a dig on him:

>>9840126 pb

qresear.ch gives two results on Richard Yospin (who does not seem particularly important), and nothing on Adam Ghander (who seems to have dealt with Ghislaine Maxwell extensively). That's shocking.

There's also this previous mention of the dailymail story on Jeffrey Roberts in this thread:

>>9832314 pb

But nothing beyond that.

A search on Scott Borgerson gives a few substantial links--this guy is absolutely key:

>>9863213 pb

>>7633284 pb

>>7567273 pb (this one is good)

I also found this video of him, which reveals that he's an "International Affairs Fellow" of the "Council on Foreign Relations on The Arctic":

https://youtu.be/_O29R_lI8SY

Interestingly, Scott Borgerson is described as a "tech CEO." He has the same build as the "mystery man" from the link above, but doesn't have a British accent in any video I've seen. So unless he was faking it, I don't believe it's him.

Let's dig, anons! Who's been helping her out, and why?

Why would a psyop involve coming to these boards, blasting it with slogans and overt propaganda, then suddenly dumping a bunch of links claiming that you come from an elite psyops groups that officially doesn't exist?

If you were from an elite psyops group, you'd do it like Q did–you'd know your audience (anons), intrigue them with your message, then reveal more as needed.

If you knew anything about anons its this: claims to titles and authority mean nothing, as everything said is bullshit. The only thing that matters is the quality of your message, and yours is somehow oddly desperate.
