several are reports from engineers not just newspaper stories
some are chinese govt officials saying it is normal
replies say a little is normal but this is too much
maybe leaders maybe just dont want to go to jail
i do not think they are hiding from satellies because the people that would hide from them know the times they are overhead and just wait for them to pass
more likely hiding from small police or retail cameras usually placed above the street level
or cameras in the circling planes
all of which are blocked by a simple umbrella
