1990: Epstein became connected to Ohio State University, first donating to Wexner's Center for the Arts Membership Fund, named for Wexner's father at the OSU. In 2005 Epstein would donate $2.5 million to OSU through his own COUQ Foundation for the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, their football complex, a donation Wexner later matched through his own Leslie H. Wexner Charitable Fund in the same year Epstein was being investigated.

Also this year, Claire Starkey, who would be involved in the Clinton Global Initiative through her company, founded Fintrac. An agricultural consulting company, it runs out many of the same countries as the Clinton Foundation: Haiti, Africa, Jamaica, Central America, and Asia. Starkey was heavily involved with a St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, network. She would be one among a board of women running the Antilles School, an elite preparatory school, some of whose board members would be tied to Jeffrey Epstein. Starkey is the President of the school. Also involved with the school was The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI), which also is involved with the Clinton Global Initiative, Fintrac, and Catchafire. Fintrac and CFVI were founded in the same year. Starkey and three other school board members were also on the board of CFVI. As well, she and the Clinton Foundation were involved with Catchafire.

Also this year, Lawrence "Larry" Summers, professor of economics, Harvard, with James P. Chandler present, tutored Sheryl K. Sandberg for her senior thesis. She would later become the COO of Facebook. Summers was a Clinton crony, and on the Epstein flight log passenger list on several occasions. Chandler was a patent attorney, aiding Deep State in patent theft. He was an Obama and Eric Holder mentor, and he was the teacher of David J. Kappos, an IBM attorney. Chandler had represented Leader Technologies who had developed the social media Facebook had stolen with Chandler's help, and Chandler also passed it to Apple and Google via the IBM Eclipse Foundation.

1991: The Mega Group was formed by Charles Bronfman and Leslie Wexner, “a loosely organized club of 20 of the nation’s wealthiest and most influential Jewish businessmen” for “philanthropy and Jewishness,” with a yearly membership of $30,000. However, Bronfman came from a mob familya Canadian Mob founded by the Bronfman patriarch, Sam, closely associated with mobster Meyer Lansky, that got its start during Prohibition producing and smuggling liquor in and from Canada with U.S. Italian Mobsit is a front for a partnership between the Jewish Mob underworld/Mossad and the CIA. Its philanthropic and Zionist causes are meant to launder the past image of their Mobster crimes. Among groups associated with them are the World Jewish Congress, B’nai B’rith, and its Anti-Defamation League (ADL). Despite its philanthropy, its Zionist cause necessitated weapons shipping to groups prior to 1948involving the OSS and the CIA. Its mob members also made use of sexual blackmail which they first used against Hoover of the FBI, but which he then heartily applied for his own use, working closely and protecting the mob, both the Jewish (such as Bugsy Siegel and Mickey Cohen) and Italian Mob. The OSS was in on it in the earliest days of its use, and then its successor, the CIA, continued such practices, aided by the Mob (Bay of Pigs involving George HW Bush, with mobsters taking part in Operation 40, then the assassination of JFK, and the Iran Contra and Mena and Columbus airportsthe latter, Bush and Wexner land). After WWII, some of the future members of The Mega Group aided and funded David Ben-Gurion in Israel to found Mossad. Mossad, through the Jewish Mob, began working with the CIA. Bronfman's children would further "clean up" their appearance by marrying into and the Wall Street upper crust families of the Lehmans and the Loebs, and the European Rothschilds. They also cleaned up their liquor beginnings by forming Seagrams. The Mobster Max Fisher became a close aide to Presidents from Eisenhower's time, and also to Henry Kissinger. Laurence Tisch worked for the OSS.

November 5, 1991: Robert Maxwell, the billionaire father of Ghislaine Maxwell, herself an Oxford graduate and very close associate of Epstein, purportedly accidentally fell off his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine, drowning off the Canary Islands. Born Jan Ludvick Hoch, during WWII, he was in the British Army, and after the war, he convinced Czechoslovakia to provide weapons for the 1948 Israeli war by which they achieved nationhood. He himself was smuggling aircraft parts to Israel. He claimed to have been given his new name after joining Britain's MI6, having even become a member of parliament, and a newspaper/media magnate. After refusing an MI6 involvement in one of their operations, they tagged him as a “Zionist — loyal only to Israel”. Apparently, that mission must have involved Israel. Thereafter he became Mossad, and it was this which was the cause of his pension theft. According to Mossad Victor Ostrovsky, "Mossad was financing many of its operations in Europe from money stolen from Maxwell’s newspaper pension fund. They got their hands on the funds almost as soon as Maxwell made the purchase of the Mirror Newspaper Group with money lent to him by Mossad.” Part of Mossad's payment to Maxwell was the use of their prostitutes in Israel. They had turned the tables on him to keep him loyal, blackmailing him in their hotel they used for that purpose, equipped with cameras, by which they obtained “a small library of video footage of Maxwell in sexually compromising positions.”

He had also helped to equip stolen U.S. software with a backdoor spy tool. The reason for this was because DOJ was purportedly using that software to nab crime syndicates and their money-laundering. This enabled them to stay steps ahead, but they also used it to spy on others globally, and they used the software to develop Israel's nuclear weapons program. In order to sell the software, enabling them to spy on those using it, an operative enlisted the aid of Attorney General Ed Meese, who then stopped the lease payments to the software company which had developed it originally, forcing the company into bankruptcy. This left Mossad able to sell the software, with Robert Maxwell as one of their successful salesmen, even managing to sell it to the USSR intelligence. With the help of Senator John Tower of Texas, they sold it to the Los Alamos Laboratory in the U.S.

Having used the pension funds of his newspaper empire to aid Mossad, Maxwell asked for aid from them to retrieve the funds. They refused, he threatened to expose the whole dirty saga, and the rest, as they say, is history. Three months later, he was dead. It was claimed to have been suicide because he was a very sick man, constantly medicated, on top of his financial straits, and also under investigation for war crimes. He had owned the Mirror Group Newspapers, but it was his U.S. investments that were disastrous. These were blamed for his theft of the pension funds of Maxwell Communications. Over the course of two decades, he had collected an extensive connection to Eastern European Communist political power-brokers by which he had financially profited, with his Pergamon Press Company. This position also enabled him to become a Western intelligence asset for the U.S., UK, Soviet Russia, and France, but also a double agent for Mossad of Israel, as well as Russia. When threatened during his fall with criminal fraud, among these "friends" was possibly his murderer(s) to prevent the inconvenient truth from escaping. After purchasing the Daily News in January 1991, he sent Ghislaine to NY to make a foray into its high society, fresh from having ended her long affair with Count Gianfranco Cicogna, owner of the Ciga Hotels chain. She became a "close friend" of JFK, Jr. until his death on July 16, 1999, and had been a guest at a number of Kennedy weddings and family events.

1992: Epstein purportedly met Ghislaine Maxwell, and also contributed $1,000 to Bill Clinton's presidential campaign. Also this year, Epstein rented a property in Manhatan from the State Dept. for $15 thousand per month. He lived there until 1996, perhaps while the townhouse was being rennovated, then he sublet it to Ivan Fisher, of the Pizza Connection mob trial (they used pizza parlors as fronts). Fisher was mob boss Salvatore Catalano's defense lawyer. The case was brought Rudy Giulliani, and the lead prosecutor was Louis Freeh, future FBI director. Fisher would also get the indictment of corruption and other crimes against Roy L. Schneider, M.D., governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, dismissed in the year 2000. Remember, Epstein would come to own islands in the USVI, where also the CIA school, Antilles, is located.

1993: Epstein donated $10,000 to the White House Historical Association, then went to the Clinton's donor event in the White House with Ghislaine Maxwell during the brief time they were an item. Epstein at this time also bought a New Mexico ranch he named "Zorro" from NM Gov. Bruce King, at a time the new President, Clinton, began working on NAFTA. Epstein's Zorro is almost 8k acres and is listed as owned by Epstein's Cypress Inc., with an additional 1200+ acres leased in 1997. Within Epstein's parcel is land NM owns, perhaps that portion Epstein leased, and an old missile silo may be located there.

King was also involved in the Boy Scouts of America, and wife, Alice, advocated for children, in NM, leading the Juvenile Justice Council, working with the Juvenile Justice Task Force reviewing the NM child laws. She led the Governor’s Task Force on Children and Families, creating the first Children, Youth and Families Department in the nation, and was involved in children's education, was on charitable foundation boards, including the board of the NM Boys Ranch, and began the NM Girls Ranch. In 1992, she began the NM Children's Foundation, her husband Bruce, its board president. Their son Gary, led the Manzano District of the Boy Scouts of America, and is president of his mother's charity, the NM Children's Foundation. Epstein also donated $50k to Gary King, for his NM AG campaign, who also owns parcels surrounding Epstein's. As AG, Gary began the NM Human Trafficking Task Force. Gary's wife, Yolanda Jones King, with a BS cum laude in Chemistry and a PhD in physical chemistry, specificly laser kinetics, was in the Air Force for 32 years, working in and managing research and development. She has a patent in beam sensing; has authored and presented direct energy and space technologies; served as Director of Engineering & Technical Management at the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Kirtland AFB; led the space sensing and satellite protection technologies at the Space Vehicles Directorate of the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory; led the NATO RTO Sensors ad Electronics Technology Panel, traveling to Slovenia, Romania, Poland, France, Taiwan, Italy, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, as well as co-chairing a NATO symposium; was the Director of the International Office for the Air Force Office of Scientific Research in DC; managed the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization technology programs and all Air Force Science and Technology programs for the Phillips Laboratory Commander and AFSTC Commander. She was on the Board of Trustees for the U of NM Foundation, she and her son, among other donors such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Lockheed Martin. And the NM senate Dems approved her for the NM Institute of Mining and Technology Board of Regents. Some King parcels are connected to Defense, including missiles. King's two brothers Sam and Don also own parcels next to Epstein's. Another neighbor is Tom Ford, the fashion designer, who owns 20,000+ acres north of Epstein's parcel, which he purchased in 2001 and where there are movie sets. BLM also owns parcels.

1994: Epstein purchased a property in Columbus, Ohio (later reverted free to Abigail Wexner, Les Wexner’s wife, in 2007).

Also this year, Jeanne Brennan Wiebrach moved to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from DC. She is a CPA whose company, Accounting Strategies Group, LLC’s is located at the Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, boat slip 3, dock B, in the America Yacht Harbor marina, the same address as Epstein's businesses. She was listed in Epstein's black book under his Financial Trust Company in the “Island” contact info. She would become a trustee on the board the Antilles School, both her daughters attending it. Her husband Mathias founded See & Ski Powerboat Rentals in 1983 which is located at the St. Thomas marina, dock A. A company of Epstein’s, VT&T, LLC, at the Red Hook Quarter address as Jeanne Brennan's, is Epstein's contact for his microwave industrial/business pool license. This license is for private microwave radio transmission communications running from St. Thomas to Epstein's which he attained in October 17, 2014, expiring in October 17, 2024. A question for application was, “Has the applicant or any party to this application, or any party directly or indirectly controlling the applicant, ever been convicted of a felony by any state or federal court?” The answer was of course "yes". No, problem….. The coordinates for Epstein's equipment on Little St. James Island are next to the "tennis courts", not far from the "sundial".

1995: Epstein reincorporated his firm, naming it, Financial Trust Co. Also this year, Bill Clinton dined with Epstein, according to an article of March 1995 in the Palm Beach Post. It was a “three-hour dinner” with a “very select group of people” in the Palm Beach home of businessman Ron Perelman. Also in attendance was Jimmy Buffet, Don Johnson, co-chair of the DNC, Don Fowler, among others.

Also this year, the CIA having packed up its operation in Arkansas, moved to Bush and Wexner land–Columbus, Ohio. The CIA airline, Southern Air Transport (SAT) moved up from Miami, Florida. As with all of its past owners, the owner at the time of the move was tied to the CIA. James Bastian, was a former CIA counsel. Wexner’s company, The Limited, was involved in getting the airline from Miami to Columbus. It conducted 747 cargo flights from Hong Kong, used mostly for Wexner's The Limited clothing company as a cover for CIA southeast Asian drug running, and likely human trafficking, and Wexner made its president. This was when Epstein was given power of attorney over Wexner’s finances, and it was therefore Epstein who operated the airport and The Limited. Epstein was still working with the CIA, and it was at this time, Epstein was living in the NY townhouse Wexner gave him after Wexner had married, and Epstein renovated it again for $10 million.

She talked about having "fifteen seconds of access" which she used to talk about Epstein and "currency stabilization". So, fifteen seconds, and she chose to talk about Epstein?
