Nope, but I'll bet it is available to the right parties. What those people do with it is in question. Is a copy of a piece of data "that data"? Isn't it just a copy? What if it is a derivative work - connection network? This is a very slippery slope.

Also, if FB is required to give clows access to data, then even if FB deletes it, the clowns could have already made their own copy before it is ever deleted. In other words, cabal has it even if FB deletes it.
