Scientology is linked to satanism. Not sure whether the scientology precepts made public are what they really believe though. Atheism is obviously a big part of satanism. But we also know that satanists really believe in the spirit world, so must believe in God in some respect. Though I've wondered if some of them really are atheists (denying a belief in God as our creator) even while they truly, totally, devoutly believe in Satan. that might be a believe that would keep some of the lower level satanic cult followers in line cuz if they ever suspected there really was a God who was more powerful than their demons, they have chicken out and leave the cult. Just don't know for sure. The whole aliens created us thing seems like a satanic theory though, and still satanists know that there is a Biblical battle between light and dark while they preach various forms of "atheism" to the sheeple.
Or this is trans-humanism more like the vision they have for us in the future? God's wish for us is to transcend our physical fleshly form and remain eternal according to his plan, according to his laws. Satan's wish for us seems to be to sever the bond to God and reject His laws by remaining in the flesh, giving in to the carnal and attaining eternal life through a modification of the physical body (through science not God). I'm thinking mirror: God teaches we should reject the body for the spirit, while Satan teaches we can take command of our spirit by trapping it in fleshly form - a form which is like a tool that becomes mutable, interchangeable. Like a computer basically. That's why satanists area are really into AI as well, I think. They see our mind becoming so physicalized (and severed from God) that it basically becomes something that might be shuttled around between bodies on a hard-drive. Science fiction made real. Many people would be very attracted to that promise of immortality.
