MSN / Glo Horoscopes was a C_A SAP for many years

After 9/11, the C_A needed outlets and targets to test their behavior modification and control programs. Choose gullible and paranoid people, and use horoscopes such as those managed by MSN back in the early 2000’s. Program ran into the Obama administration and was eventually shut down.

Our fearless leader Haspel likely didn’t know about it; it’s another compartmentalized SAP, but Q knows. I’m still hopeful that Q poo will expose these gnarly special access programs that gaslit unwitting Americans.
