They's bein' sure a wholesome bunch uh folks, dem Antifer fellas.

T'ud be a pleasure sittin' on my old porch of a red evening sunset with dem fellars, chawin' some fine chewin' tobacco and rememberin' all the good times of this age, like blood and guts and Spirit cooking, and Molock sacrifices, and babies by pools and pizza ovens used for burning evidence and trading in baby body parts, and pussy hat mental breakdowns, and blood and guts smeared on faces andโ€ฆ.. and suchโ€ฆ

Mighty laid back, fine folks to be chattin' with, and that's for a damn fact.

Imagine still having to get up early to go to a boring job to make just one little tiny component that makes such a reality achievable?

A lot of boring work days still to go before Utopia. A Lot.

It's nice to dream but realists must allow realism to colour some of their dreams so that the path to the future isn't too disappointing.

That would still need to be a voted on future.

Inference from 'we' means 'majority'?

If someone who is trying to convince us that a disaster is about to happen is confronted by another who tells us a disaster will not happen, then which collective 'belief' wins out in predictive terms?

The majority belief? Most minds focusing on one scenario.

So 'wishful thinking' is still a Democracy. You only get what you want if you win enough minds.
