Also involved in the ICMEC was Richard Branson’s mother, Eve Branson, who was a founding board member and on the Board of Directors until 2005. Richard Branson sponsored its founding. A tax-exempt charity, its headquarters is in Alexandria, Virginia, with offices in the Asia-Pacific area, Latin America and the Caribbean, with 29 nations in 5 continents claiming to help in the recovery of missing and abducted children. The Clintons, Branson, and Epstein go way back. In 2012, the Clintons and Branson formed The Ten Island Challenge, which grew beyond ten islands, to purportedly aid islands in building solar farming and other renewable energy, and has since then branched into tourism and the hotel industry. What's the big deal, and what does this have to do with the subject of exploited children? This program is operating in the notorious drug and child trafficking area of the Caribbean, yeah, also where Epstein's pedo island is. The U.S. government has imposed aid restrictions to these island nations because of this sort of trafficking and for human slavery, but no problem. The Clintons and their cronies work around that with "charitable foundations". In the same year the program began, Planned Parenthood planted centers on those original ten islands.

After Bear Stearns was ruined, the Fed bailed them out in March, 2008. But get this. Bear Stearns had been 40% owner of Liquid Funding because of Greenburg. On April 18, 2008, Moody's rating agency stated "all outstanding rated liabilities" of Liquid had been paid in full. The government bail out was created to bail out Chase Manhattan which had bought Bear Stearns only to find its real value later, and also to bail out Bear Stearns, and ultimately, Jeffrey Epstein.

2002: Epstein and Ehud Barak were introduced by former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres. Barak had headed Israeli intelligence as well as being Israel's prime minister. This meeting took place when Epstein’s pedophile blackmail and sex trafficking operation was in high gear. Barak would frequently visit Epstein in New York, and according to residents of an apartment building owned by Epstein's brother, Mark, they “had seen Barak in the building multiple times over the last few years, and nearly half a dozen more described running into his security detail,” and “the building is majority-owned by Epstein’s younger brother, Mark, and has been tied to the financier’s alleged New York trafficking ring.” Furthermore, several apartments in the building were “being used to house underage girls from South America, Europe and the former Soviet Union,” according to a former bookkeeper of Jean Luc Brunel, owner of a modeling agency who got these girls for him. Also this year, Bill Clinton began flying in Epstein's customized Boeing 727 to various world locations for "charity" after having been introduced to Epstein by his aide Doug Band. They began with five African countries, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, and Mozambique, purportedly for HIV/AIDS and other charitable things, even though the Clinton Foundation was not operating legally. None of this had anything to do with putting together the Clinton Library in Arkansas and its research facility for the purpose of opening up an archive of the Clinton Presidency. Another trip to Africa would follow, along with jaunts to Europe and Asia. Epstein also had a Gulfstream Cessna 421, and a helicopter to fly to his island in St. Thomas. As it happens, Roberts also claims she first met Prince Andrew when Epstein took her to Europe and North Africa in this same year. She had met the prince in London at Maxwell's house. Clinton and other notables also appear on Epstein's flight logs recorded over several years. Among others in the following list, were Kit Laybourne who worked for MTV, Nickelodeon, Children's Television Workshop, and Nick Jr; and Geraldine Laybourne who created Nickelodeon, and who had been the president of Disney in 1996.
