when the Bernstein, Wipowitz or other similarly named or appearing and acting investment banker shows up, give then your spiel and then, when they give you their outrageous terms (like 90% ownership for loaning you the money or similar greedy caveats and clauses), you put aside your dream for this particular time, because it will become a nightmare as soon as you begin to grow your company.
