The thousands who come days early and camp out waiting (tail gate-like habbenings and fun to boot while waiting) testify to this- so over booking the reservations such as this tweet and others, doesn't cause empty seats

Try looking at the event place administration that plays 'foul' on the seating that does.

Also the A-fa's that try to obstruct the entrances.
