I neglected to mention that a single witness may both "authenticate" photo/video evidence for purposes of admissibility as well as testify as a fact witness to what is depicted on the photo/video as long as she/he had direct knowledge of the details of how, when, were, what, etc. about the taking of the photos/videos as well having direct knowledge of what, who, etc., during the event being filmed. This would be a situation where one witness set up a video camera(s) to automatically record and event which she/he then took part in.
