I have never met a General or Admiral that openly desires war. They are prepared, sure and they certainly want to fuck people up/can do so but the war mongering typically comes from politicians of businesses that benefit.

There was/is a theory many former service members have spoken about, well better stated, did speak about in terms of the entire Ukraine issue being a CIA controlled situation. I have never seen any evidence outside of circumstantial but, still, I won't deny it did raise questions. Especially so given the McCain connection and other info provided.
