I think if Trump pardons Stone, it will fuck the Flynn case up. My fear is Sullivan will stonewall to force a Flynn pardon. Optics then will be worse than an exoneration for Flynn going forward. If POTUS pardons Flynn, then puts him back in the administration all hell will break loose.

If the half chan JannyAnon is legit, there could be some real shit going down in the near future. Blowing up SCOTUS now is an option to avoid a pardon.

My take has been that a scandal blows up SCOTUS and the military steps in with tribunals until the justice system has been righted again.Justice system is so fucked up now that there is no other route out, IMO.

I think the battle point is Flynn back in the administration. If the case is dropped, as DOJ, wants, then Flynn is exonerated and goes right back to work for Trump, no questions asked.

So Sullivan stonewalls. If Trump pardons Stone before Berman-Jackson's order goes into effect, then you can be pretty sure Trump will also pardon Flynn if Sullivan wants to send him up.

A Flynn pardon, then Flynn going back to work the administration will be a tough sell. A pardon assumes he was guilty but got bailed out, an exoneration proves innocence from the get go.

TL;DR: DS doesn't want Flynn back in the administration. So keep the case on ice as long as possible and hope for, a Trump pardon, which will be an optics nightmare.
